문의에는 사용 중인 기기, OS와 앱 버전, 문제가 발생한 시각과 재현 절차를 적어주세요. 온라인 문제라면 화면에 표시된 공개 게임 ID를 포함해도 되지만, 인증 토큰·비밀번호·개인 키는 보내지 마세요.
TZIB은 작은 독립 스튜디오입니다. 모든 문의를 확인하며 영업일 기준 3일 이내 답변을 목표로 합니다.
계정 삭제
앱에서 설정 → 계정 삭제 → 영구 삭제를 선택하면 게스트 계정과 온라인 게임 ID를 삭제할 수 있습니다. 삭제는 되돌릴 수 없습니다.
앱을 사용할 수 없거나 삭제가 완료되지 않으면 support@tzib.studio로 공개 게임 ID와 함께 삭제를 요청해 주세요. 인증 토큰·비밀번호·개인 키는 보내지 마세요.

DAEGUK은 캐나다 소재 Boahs Park가 TZIB Studio 브랜드로 운영합니다.

Please include your device, OS and app version, the approximate time of the issue, and steps to reproduce it. For online issues you may include the public game ID shown in the app, but never send authentication tokens, passwords, or private keys.
TZIB is a small independent studio. We read every message and aim to respond within three business days.
Delete an account
In the app, choose Settings → Delete Account → Delete Permanently to remove the guest account and online game ID. Deletion cannot be undone.
If you cannot access the app or deletion does not complete, email support@tzib.studio with the public game ID. Never send authentication tokens, passwords, or private keys.
